      Outdated tech, declining market share, hostile work environment, zero follow through, terrible benefits, zero processes, under paid, zero innovation, lacks a plan for revenue growth, lacks a plan for career advancement for the employees and zero identity.

      unlimited PTO, great boss (until the private equity firm fired him out of the blue)

      Cons

      Micro-managed, the unqualified chairman who calls the shots, CEO hires his unqualified friends. Huge turnover of staff, very low average tenure, aging product.
