      Unprofessional, underpaying

      Pros

      It is a great stepping stone to another career.

      Cons

      They very much rely on inexperienced professionals not negotiating their base salaries. They will then also set unattainable goals for bonuses, but then include those "potential" bonuses in contract negations as if they are guaranteed. There is no way to make money at this company unless you are in sales; otherwise just get hired for your resume then get out asap. Also, never disclose any personal information ever.

      Good first or second job, not a long lasting career

      Pros

      Teguar is a small company making it easy to get to know everyone. The culture is strong and the people are wonderful.

      Cons

      Teguar is not a company where you want to work for long term. Great for someone fresh out of school or in between jobs. However it’s a waste of time for someone with more developed skills and experience. Lack of opportunities to grow within the company. The benefits are a joke along with low compensation. Their hiring process is the worst I’ve ever experienced with a 4 hour long interview of nothing but dumb scenario questions that have nothing to do with to the position you’re applying for. After going through all those hoops they then call your references as if we’re living in the year 1970. Teguar wants and expects to have top tier employees to then compensate them with below average wages.
