Pros

None worth highlighting except learning how to endure and recognize a toxic workplace. Exposure to digital marketing tools, eCommerce systems, and how not to run a company.

Cons

Exploitative management: The leadership style is controlling and unpredictable. Decisions are often made emotionally, without notice, and employees can be let go without any written communication or due process. Unpaid and missing dues: Payroll and HR data are fully digital, and several employees have lost access to their salary records, leave data, and proof of employment after leaving. This creates serious transparency and trust issues. Unethical environment: Boundaries between professional and personal space are often ignored. There is excessive monitoring, constant surveillance, and an overall lack of privacy or respect in communication. Zero job security: Employee turnover is extremely high because the workplace culture does not value stability, respect, or employee well-being. Many employees leave within months. Unprofessional HR structure: There is no formal HR department to protect employees’ rights or ensure fair policies. Policies are changed frequently without prior notice, often in ways that disadvantage employees. Unhealthy workspace: The office environment is poorly maintained and can negatively affect both physical and mental health. No fair growth or increments: Raises, benefits, and bonuses depend entirely on management’s mood rather than performance. Advice to Management Build a transparent HR system with proper documentation and written policies. Respect employee dignity and stop arbitrary deductions or policy changes. Improve working conditions and mental health standards for staff. Introduce accountability at the leadership level. Advice to Job Seekers Always ask for written contracts and clear terms of employment before joining. Keep your own records of salary slips, emails, and HR communication. Research the company’s management structure and reputation thoroughly before accepting any offer. If you value professionalism, boundaries, and fair pay — consider other options.
