- Work/ Life Balance, opportunity to work from home is great - Working with Industry Pros with years of experience and knowledge - Fun and engaging team which spans across the whole of the US - Good mixture/ balance of clients and positions to work on - Management don't micro manage and are open to new ideas and implementing new strategies - A collaborative team that shares insights and helps each other achieve maximum success - The way TekCom is set up allows us to achieve success as efficiently as possible, great internal systems and supportive HR team.

Working with the members of TekCom was a great experience, they assisted in finding me placement with a pitbull like approach. Constantly following up with myself and with potential clients. Within a two week time period they had me placed with a company and in a role that directly aligned with my goals and career path. April and Ian were always in touch every step of the way, reassuring me I had a great team behind me. Having lost my job suddenly through no fault of my own, they helped me back up and into the workforce in the shortest amount of time I feel imaginable. If you are looking for work in the Telecom field send them your information and they will help get you the right fit.

Cons

They aren't in every possible line of business in the world.

Friendly, professional business-oriented environment. Interview to job offer was about a 2 week process, and the training was great. This is a small company that takes time to give you the right tools to be successful. They are knowledgeable in the telecom field, and they value ethics as well as work/life balance.
