Pros
Payroll checks do not bounce, at certain times of the year they do have plenty of work.
Cons
Does not promote from within, will go out to other companies and hire other talent away, while ignoring current employees. Internal processes are not easily navigated. Mid-level management has no idea how to simplify processes, handle employees or learn from mistakes. President is a tinker not an executive. Plenty of talented, bright individuals, but that does not translate in the ability to 'work smarter.'
