Incompetent management, blatant nepotism, fraternization, dishonesty with customers, backstabbing encouraged by management. Employees were encouraged to lie to customers when mistakes were made by designers, orders not placed on time because someone "forgot." In one instance the customer was made to pay extra to cover parking for technician working on their building. I was told the company would buy us a monthly parking permit, but this did not happen. Tekworks pocketed the money and technicians still had to pay out of pocket to park downtown every day. This is only one minor example. They have a very high turnover rate from senior management all the way down.

Management sucks. Only good as your last job mentality
