We normally don't respond to these. Unfortunately, given your remarks, it would be fair to highlight the facts.
A little about us
1. Our hiring process is in line with industry and we are completely transparent with the candidate on all the points mentioned.
2. We invest heavily in our staff members with ramp up periods that last from 4 to 12 weeks, and continue throughout their career to meet organizational objectives altogether with individual objectives of an employee to have a win-win situation.
3. Our staff regularly earn up to 40% (sometimes more) annual increments in a very clear and open review process.
4. Our staff members stay with us on average for 3 years and as long as 11 years in some cases.
Other points mentioned:
1. Part of our stack is GCP, Google DB, Spring, Vue.js, Amazon SQS, Micro Services, Asterisk, Android, Twilio and a lot lot more.
2. We also have legacy code - and had discussed that it had to be refactored - all companies that have been around as long as us have legacy code - it's called maturity.
We strive to make a great environment for our staff members. Part of that is also identifying members that may not contribute and collaborate well in a team like ours. It is very important to get the right fit. A member that does not fit in the organization culture can cause not only the company harm but our team harm as well.
