Pros

No regular monitoring/review. Ideally it's not a Pros as it hinders with the vision and growth of an individual.

Cons

1) No Vision of CEO or directors for current and future growth. Company has 5-6 directors for a team size of 60 (Pan India) which hasn't grown in past 8 years. 2) Hire employees for short term just to show numbers to clients 3) No direct clients 4) No reward structure for good work and loyalty 5) It's not an IT development company (so don't fall by the name) but a staffing company who works for implementation partners only.
