Pros
Hands down the most knowledgeable SEO team out there. I had a ton of experience coming into the company and I honestly felt like they taught me so much more. Very entrepreneurial group and although I moved on I would recommend them in a heartbeat and they will be the first agency I call if I go client side. Employees were awesome and very easy to work with.
Cons
I came from a large agency with hundreds of employees in my location and thousands internationally. I was not used to that smaller environment. It was a con for me but it's not a reflection of the company or employees. I also felt like they gave so much effort to the clients and didn't charge enough. While that is great for clients it was a lot for me. They would do 2-3 months of work in 1 month. Seemed like it was fine for everyone else but it was too much for me.

Pros
Location is great, right by the beach. I love my co-workers and the friendly / family oriented atmosphere here. Great place to learn and grow if you work hard and pay attention.
Cons
Some days can be trying, but that is what agency life is like. If you have the right mindset then you can overcome the crazy days.
