      Freshers will get few change to learn, but no guidance. Nothing Pro.

      Cons

      Can lose your job any time. Employee has to remain HR about hike and other due. HR-employee relationship is worst. Treat employees like slaves.

      Pros

      Praburam Ramnathan is expert in Cheating people. His recent company GoWork Solutions Ltd. employees wer cheated so badly. They even didn't pay pf collected from the employees.

      Cons

      Never pay on time. In fact they don't pay at all. if you ask for your hard earned money they'll terminate you.
