      Pros

      The product is promising. There are a few in the company with good integrity.

      Cons

      Middle management is not trained or grounded to understand the importance of core values in Business. They are short term minded and will do whatever is needed to maintain status quo. The company is on the precipices of failing as a direct result of the inability to grow.

      Great, Family-Oriented Company

      Pros

      While there is value in exceeding expectations in work efforts, family value is of equal importance. Teksouth provides a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Organizational communication is lacking, but efforts are being made to improve.

      Teksouth as a Whole

      Pros

      Pay was very good, and very flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Very poor management and leadership at the highest level of the organization. Leadership made some very bad investments, and to cover their losses the CEO took it out of the employees bonuses and other additional compensation beyond salary. They are more interested in promoting within the CEO's inner circle. The leadership will alienate top performers for giving any type of constructive criticism. They have been unable to deliver to their customers on a consistent basis over the past 4 years. Major ethical issues at the highest level. The main reason why I resigned from Teksouth.
