Not many at the moment. Some people get to work from home would be the best thing i can say right now.

Cons

Employees are treated terribly, overworked and underappreciated. Especially when you are a fresher, there is hardly any opportunity for growth unless you just want to sit and make documents. Management is just hypocritical mess. Despite of working hard and giving your 100% they do not value it.

I worked here for 8 month and still trying to find out pros.

Cons

They imposed 3 year BOND don't fall in that trap. My designation is Embedded Software developer got worked in python scripting, excel, Microsoft word and that type of things I think you will West your 3 year so unemployment is also better instead of worked here.
