Pros

MOST of the team members/operators were cool, seeing how we we were there for long shifts and schedules. When the calls were consistent, the interaction with people of various backgrounds and various concerns was exciting.

Cons

GM got position basically by inheritance; only qualification is that this was the only placed she'd ever worked since an adult. The have poor management skills and skate a thin line with illegal labor practices.
