      Great work life balance Friendly colleagues Great pay

      Cons

      More managers than employees No set direction for company. Management flops between what they want to sell 3 layoffs within the last year and none of them were management 401k match is the worst. don’t match until the following year along with high management fees Does not take advice and ideas from staff to grow

      Work from home. Friendly customers.

      Cons

      They are disorganized, they have constant outages. They do not take employee mental health seriously nor do they protect their female staff. It was a mess, they are hemorrhaging customers because they can't keep their services online.
