      3 days work from home

      Cons

      There is no clear ownership, zero direction, zero training and no team culture. The give no feedback or development. Most staff work part time and it’s very clicky. Leadership has been there to long and don’t know how to run a modern team

      Good company but needs better direction management

      Excellent company values, Generally very good at looking after staff and benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Generally seem to struggle with future planning, No clear growth/goal plans for the business, usually reactive rather than proactive.
