      Hybrid working Little pressure from upper management and no micromanagement Lots of great, talented people Supportive culture

      Cons

      Just not a strong player in the partner world of Google and Microsoft. Reps often scrap hard to find opportunities with customers to take to the vendor, but this rarely happens the other way around. Targets are super unrealistic, therefore reps earn way below their OTE
