Pros

Great opportunity for someone right out of college or looking to break into the channel industry. While the compensation is on the lower side, the exposure and vendor connections you’ll build can open doors to higher-paying roles especially with vendors down the line. The owners are very nice and caring people.

Cons

The TSD space remains heavily rooted in telecom, which shows up clearly in both the partner base and the broader culture. There are persistent concerns around favoritism in recent promotions, and the feedback regarding nepotism is well-founded. There are also gaps within parts of the senior and middle leadership teams, particularly around the level of experience and professionalism typically expected at that stage. This can lead to inconsistent decision-making and, at times, reduced confidence across teams. In addition, there’s a noticeable pattern among many employees with 5+ years of tenure who appear overly comfortable in roles that lack challenge, rather than pushing for growth or pursuing larger opportunities. Meanwhile, top performers tend to move on earlier, often drawn by stronger compensation and more compelling opportunities elsewhere..

Pros

Nice Break Room with snacks, hybrid work, some nice coworkers.

Cons

My manager was verbally abusive at times, yet has continued to thrive in this environment without any formal reprimand. The company experiences occasional turnover, and the product they offer is uninteresting. Employees are sometimes terminated for unclear reasons, which can make the workplace feel unpredictable.

Pros

“Unlimited” PTO (but they want you to stay under 160 hours and you have to request it 2 weeks in advance) No micromanaging. Most of the employees are really great people and will do what they can to support you.

Cons

Does not have the employees best interests in mind. Poor benefits. Overwhelming workload and unrealistic expectations - I cry at my desk at least one a week due to stress Everything is “just figure it out” with very little guidance or support from management There is no official new hire training. You are expected to fully train the new hires while balancing your own workload (basically expected to do 2 jobs) We are always asked to share feedback but we rarely see positive changes from it. Pays below average compared their competitors- no bonuses Too many changes to processes or procedures in a very short amount of time. These changes have often not been tested to make sure it works leaving the front line employees scrambling to adapt and fix the issues it created.
