Telco Experts is a great place to find an assortment of talented and dedicated people that would do everything they can to support both their customers, partners and especially each other. We faced many challenges and have come up with solutions that would save the day time after time. And the more you stay with Telco Experts, the more you would grow for the better. And the benefits are nice. At this time of writing, we start off with 15 days PTO and additional PTO for additional year with Telco Experts. Also matching 401K. Management offers their employees both work from home model or hybrid office model. And I feel that management really works hard to promote work/life balance for the employees. Also they would do whatever they can to help you meet both your professional and personal goals. There is a lot of positives when working for Telco Experts.
Cons
Like I said there are challenges. And if you don't like to work hard or don't work well with others, you might not do very well in this company.
