Frankly the only Pros are the employees

Cons

The list is long and depressing. The CEO is a micromanaging bean counter that is in over his head. He has destroyed a once great company. How the board of directors have left him in control is dumbfounding. Perhaps they are as clueless as the CEO?

Great group of people, not so great company and management

Pros

Have a good team of people working together, managed to get over the years many innovative solutions. Great benefits, medical etc.

Cons

Short sighted management who will fire people who do great job just to get the numbers of this quarter. No long term or strategic planning and poor products quality result of too much pressure on too little people who are not well compensated. Micromanagement of people while ignoring the big things. In average low salaries compared to the industry.
