Some of the people are nice but those are the ones that are also mistreated.
Cons
Just stay away.. you will make more money at a restaurant position and be treated better. CEO will get emotional and call a meeting on a random weekend and expect people to attend. They will pay you less than 40k a year and except you to be a super star for them. It’s a joke.
- Friendly People
- Work Hours (true 9-5)
- Pleasant place to work
- Some great management (very dependent on the team)
- Pay is decent, but you have to fight for it
Cons
- All over the place: things change in a heartbeat with very little communication
- Everything is a fire drill, always an emergency, and then changes the next day
- Very little recognition for people who go above and beyond. People have been working there for years who barely do their jobs and then those jobs then fall on everyone else for no extra compensation.
