      Pros

      Pay is good for the cost of living where I’m at

      Cons

      Super duper unorganized. Does not tell you accurately what you’re walking into. Management doesn’t really know what they’re doing, either. My first week I didn’t work many hours at all, maybe 12 because they didn’t tell me the first week was part time, so screw my bills I guess. I’m leaving the day I start with a new job. This is ridiculous.

      Pros

      Excellent. Good communication. Helpful, good environment. Challenging but always willing to help with projects and sales. Open door policy with many meetings.

      Cons

      Wonderful problem of being too busy with expanding responsibilities and creating new business thru searches and referrals. Oversight is a lot but necessary.
