Pros

This is one of the best jobs I have ever had. Easy to use systems, friendly understanding responsive managers and TL's, and 98% of the time lovely customer interactions and easy to fix questions or substitutions. The days go quickly and I love that the company expects such high level customer service as it's really lacking in so many industries nowadays.

Cons

Probably dealing with unhappy customers who think the worst of 'Petals/Teleflora' because of an issue or mistake by the supplying florist is not always great or fair.

Dated brand and shrinking marketing budget

nice offices and amazing on site cafeteria. Free flowers after photo shoots.

Cons

Every year the marketing budget gets smaller and smaller. Owners make everything chaotic - everyone lives in fear of them. Do lots of research on them before you take a role here.
