      Nothing good.. salary is deducted if u take a single sick leave also

      One of the worst company if you are looking out with respect to stability.. It may offer good salary but CEO is worst.. he keeps person puppet in his hand, that too sitting outside country. How much u try, no appreciation.. no grooming.. no kpi learning

      Pros

      I have been working with Telegenisys from past one year and it has been a great learning experience for me to be with this company. Management has been very supportive and motivating. Company provides free insurance to all the employees. One thing I always admire about this company is that they pay the salaries on time.

      Cons

      Company does not provide cab facilities.
