High salary.
Great team.
Cons
Bad project management.
Management doesn't care for people very much.
Low level of respect shown by management toward employees.
Bad strategic decisions.
No education.
No increase in salary.
No benefits.
No feedback on job performance.
Poor recognition of employee's skills and potential.
Slim possibility for professional growth.
