Pros

Work at home 12.00 hr salary and easy easy job and 12.00 hr training.

Cons

Was told position was full time and no Average talk time and would be paid training. I was later told by the same person who said there was no talk time, that there was a talk time after training and they basically tried to make the easiest job seem so complicated. I was not told the training was part time. The training is very very part time. not a full week of training (at the most 3 days to 2 days a week. less than 8 hrs a day )and could be shorter if trainer decides does not feel like training anymore. at least that what I was told per the trainer. They were discriminating against me. Not sure why. I think it was racial issue. Was reported to hr for asking job related questions such as hours and pay. This was a topic during training and was discussed a previous day so I did not think this would be a issue. Soon as I asked, I was reported and told that these questions are distracting. The day after, the male employee asked the same question and was not reported as he continued to ask and talk about pay, days later during training. The trainer flirted with this same person during training, discussing attending comic con events and him cooking for her, asking him if he has children, how many ect. She had side conversations with co workers during training and was not very professional. Also be very careful to watch hours and pay as they will under pay you if you do not keep track of this. My final check was less some minutes after reporting to Hr the correct hours and day. I questioned hr about this and I have yet to get a response.

Pros

For a call center it's really not bad at all - very good about giving you breaks and lunch, sometimes you get food, sometimes you get champagne.

Cons

At times you're asked to be shady - in particular, pretending to get an interpreter on the line when you know there are no interpreters available, or taking an appointment for an interpreter on site when you know you won't have one.
