Management has no compassion for the teachers. Has a one sided approach

Most students were very friendly. It was great learning about different cultures.

Cons

They have no compassion for their teachers, they won't hear you even if your student was in the wrong . After so many years of working with only half a dollar increase, it really was not worth it. Lowest pay rate ever compared to other companies.
