Pros

None, no, nada, zilch, absolutely

Cons

Clueless management at the highest levels, no strategy or clue how to position the company and win. Lots of infighting and politicking at the cost of moving the company forward. Talented people leave everyday. Incompetence is tolerated at the highest levels due to a misplaced sense of loyalty

Pros

- good benefits and pay - good location near Levis Stadium and Great America - nice co-workers - willing to try new things

Cons

- company morale feels really low, no one seems amped to be there - actual work was pretty boring - navigation in cars just doesn't seem like a long-term viable option, most people use mobile devices - creating designs for projects that won't be released for multiple years - office space is VERY un-inspiring, every morning walking in felt like walking into a depression zone - food is HORRIBLE at the cafeteria, many people got sick from eating there - overall company feels like it just lacks that passionate talent to take them anywhere but the bottom

Pros

Exciting, dynamic industry with tremendous potential. Very nice people at a working level.

Cons

Very poor executive leadership. Waste their time micromanaging each and every project without doing their real jobs: developing and implementing a coherent corporate strategy. Complete lack of vision. Often distracted by silly business opportunities or business trends. Change processes and platforms regularly at a whim with no real thought to the implications. Development is mostly overseas in Romania and China, requiring 16-hour days to do one's job.
