Pros

I was able to meet, collaborate and get to know some very talented and beautiful people.

Cons

I would never want to harshly judge or criticize everyone I collaborated with at this news magazine show....that was under the umbrella of Telepictures. I have no problem with Telepictures as a whole, really. However, the execs may not know the inner workings truly of this production leadership. I think dishonesty amongst the leaders and an atmosphere of keeping people in fear of losing there jobs...is very unhealthy and does not improve morale. Alot of the employees fall prey/right in with the atmosphere and are ready to throw anyone under the bus at anytime to spare themselves. I wasted 2 years with the promise of advancement. My contract was not renewed. There was no good reason other than an excuse of budget cuts.

Pros

Weekly Paycheck Friday Bagels/Donuts Summer Flex days

Cons

Workers are extremely overworked. Your work will never be appreciated so try again. Environment is toxic and full of people who hate their jobs. Meetings are redundant and therefore unproductive. No proper training is provided, yet leadership expects you to just know it. Business model is baffling and requires years of learning to understand. Leadership approves unrealistic requests, hurting overall business growth. Leadership consists of individuals who worked their way up (8+ years) to get promoted by default.
