Not for diligent employees - Please stay away from this company
Pros
No pros to speak of anymore. The only one good thing in this company was the team, but I recently came to know that the team too is almost completely think after most of them left.
Cons
- Very low salary(please don't look at gross salary, most of it is cut and eaten away) - No benefits - lots of deductions from the already low salary - Management which doesn't pay heed to even the repeated requests made by employees - CTC and variable pay is a scam(if you're planning on joining here anyway, you could just deduct the variable pay and any benefits altogether, they're never paid) I'm writing this review nearly 6 months after leaving this company only because I happened to come across a reply(by the management) to one of the reviews here, saying it should have been communicated to them first hand. Well, for those who are unaware, I was one of the employees who made requests first-hand, through emails, calls and even personal meetings with the same management that said this, without any kind of resolution or satisfactory responses. The once-so-good team has now become almost non existent with most of my past colleagues having moved out to better workplaces.
