Pros

Telesto CEO is great leader and has a superb leadership team. My co-workers are highly capable and the company doesn’t have the usual % of incompetence I’ve experienced elsewhere. Company is very people oriented, does a great job avoiding the overhead BS, and I totally enjoy working here.
