      Supportive staff but poor work-life balance and layoffs

      A lot of seasoned staff, willing to help and coach.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is skewed, in favor of the business. Annual layoffs. Departments will have x2 Directors, x5 managers, x10 team leads but only 2 actual working staff members.

      Pros

      I worked at Teletrac Navman as an IT Developer and overall had a very positive experience. The company had a supportive and professional environment with a strong team culture. I especially appreciated the colleagues I worked with — the team was friendly, collaborative, and always willing to help each other. There was a good balance between professionalism and a positive atmosphere, which made daily work enjoyable. The projects were interesting and gave me the opportunity to grow technically and work with modern technologies. Communication between teams was generally smooth, and there was a strong focus on delivering quality solutions. Overall, Teletrac Navman was a good place to work as a developer, particularly because of the people and team spirit.

      Cons

      As with many growing technology companies, there were occasional changes in priorities and processes as the business evolved. However, this also created opportunities to work on different projects and adapt to new challenges, which was valuable from both a technical and professional perspective.
