Pros

Its remote which makes it convenient

Cons

This was a Very unorganized company, Poor leadership You work uncompensated overtime almost every day. Your job role changes frequently Task and duties change frequently due to organization being unorganized. Patients are over charged and the billing is not reliable so it’s unfair to patients. Providers are overworked and uncompensated.

Thank you for your feedback. A virtual company is not always a good fit for everyone. Tasks and duties change frequently as the company's and our patients' needs change. Our patients are not overcharged, and Providers are compensated fairly for their work. We are expanding rapidly, and being a member of a fast-growing company means sometimes working hard. We are actively hiring to meet the demands of the marketplace for our services - we pledge to meet the needs of our patients and our employees.

Pros

Remote work so as to work from home.

Cons

Red flags include MD admitting to signing off on Licensed therapist paperwork to bill at higher rates. And, no policy on recording clients and giving me consent from to have clients sign for recording but then out of nowhere HR and MD let me go due to "Misalignment of Values" which I felt was because their was no transparency but a top down attitude in their culture which I would be very mindful and concerned of such a culture that speaks on mental health care and treatment services with that kind of toxic leadership within the MD and Clincial services.

Pros

The hiring process was quick but onboarding was very minimal.

Cons

During interview, I confirmed future pay increase opportunity, potential for bonuses, and extra pay opportunities. That is a lie and numerous part time employees are/were under the same impression. No current pay increase for anyone part time as of April. IT help is a joke. I am losing patients because their platform doesn't work so sessions held by phone often. Patients report random and inconsistent charges and are provided little or no explanation as to why. The operation team and upper management favor and attend to therapist who are fair skinned. Micro aggressions and racial undertones are strong in management as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
