Pros
Good PTO, benefits, working around your schedule for the most part most employees are really fun to be around and make the projects/work load easier to bear. Management is kinda an open door policy and welcome to providing feedback and working through problems
Cons
There's not good communication between employees and it's very stressful to work around. Half the management is very non-approachable and do not care to take any of your concerns to heart. There's been issues of gossip and passive aggressive behavior, which isn't professional nor should be tolerated.

Telispire supports its employees (family) - they care about their employees well-being. PTO schedule is great vs. typical 2 weeks
Cons
Small town, everyone knows everyone, the office culture very much reflects this. Inter department communication does not exists, and it seems like :proving" your worth is necessary at ALL times
