On a weekly team, our team was told by management to write a favorable review on glassdoor about the company. Currently, Telkonet's bad reputation has spread throughout the industry making hiring quality employees very difficult. Since the team call on Aug 3rd many reviews were written to make the company look appealing. Management doesn't really know who has written one and who has not but they can count the number of reviews and bring it up on the weekly calls. Every week those of us who have not written a review hear lectures about not being a team player. It doesn't matter if you deliver results or not, you will be treated equally bad. Managemnent micromanages on a level that nobody has ever experienced before. Once you're in this company, you will soon start looking for another job. Just keep looking .. I promised anything is better than this.
