Cons
Leads tell everyone's business, you'd better hope you have no personal issues or child emergencies. Some management is completely out of touch. If you're a lead, you can't take a vacation without working during it. Some people can be late every day, hateful to everyone or mess up constantly, but never in trouble. It's who you know, who you're related to or who you threaten with lawsuits.
