      -Supportive and positive team environment -I really enjoy the work schedule -Meaningful opportunities to build strong relationships with the students

      Cons

      -Can be emotionally demanding at times. -Working with teenage boys who have behavioral challenges can be particularly challenging.

      Great pay Wonderful coworkers Warm leadership

      Cons

      Stressful On-call 24-hours a day M-F and then rotating weekends Therapists are put in the role of "bad guy"/creator of consequences for behavior and as a result it's nearly impossible to develop rapport with students and often parents.
