Pros

the hourly wage of $17, although there are likely other warehouses offering similar pay for less demanding work

Cons

It appears the company culture is quite toxic. The CEO is known for having a terrible temper, often screaming and cursing at employees (calling them all types of names except the child of God), creating a climate of fear, fights, & depression for the employees . HR is reportedly ineffective, as the person in charge is related to the CEO and listed under a different last name, raising questions about impartiality. They will also try to recruit you to join this weird religious cult. The work environment is further strained by favoritism, with certain employees tasked with gathering information and reporting back to management. Gossip and unproductivity are also prevalent, with some staff members (mainly the men, who act more like females) more focused on socializing than fulfilling their duties. Job security is tenuous, with employees frequently reassigned to different roles, sometimes due to random reasons such as perceived slowness. Most Longterm employees may still struggle with basic tasks, adding to the chaos. Don’t know how to train employees.

Pros

It has good air conditioning.

Cons

• CEO has a terrible temper. I have seen people leave interviews in tears. Verbal abuse is par for the course. • Intense micromanagement in the form of auto-screen lock after 1 min, so the CEO knows if you’ve left your desk. • CEO actively recruits “loyalists” to spy on other employees. • Start time is officially 9 AM, but you are pressured to start 1hr earlier. This would equate to 10 hr days.
