Pros

sales jobs are hard and not for every one specially during pandemic when most of the world was closed . The CEO made some fast and positive changes and i was able actually increase my income .I love selling . I am very lucky that i could do my job remote without travelling .

Cons

selling products can be difficult if it treated as just a job . To sell you need to have passion for selling . I need to be on top of my best game each and every day . No time to mess around or slack and if i do not pay attention to my organization i can lose lots of money .

I love my job / Every day My boss takes time to teach me something new .The company encourages learning and growth . My salary had more than doubled since i have been working and i love going to work every day .

Not even time in a day and i need to learn how to solve new challenges

Pros

Being an inside sales person is always stressful but worth it . I have lots of Financial freedom and grow every day . I have lots of clients that have been part of my everyday life and continue to seek to build new relationships .The work can be stressful at times . We all have sales numbers to achieve and must be productive everyday .My days end so quick and time never drags on . We have training meetings and sales meetings on a regular bases . The Mangers are great about supporting the sales team .

Cons

The change in technology . Sometimes i wish things could stay the same but that is not reality for a growing company.
