Pros

I would want to say a lot, but unfortunately there's only one thing, which is predictable working hours. That's all.

Cons

So many things, I don't know where to start. But the worst would be the management. Period.

Pros

i) International exposure by working with teams from Australia and Hong Kong offices “Actually every offices working themselves, rare communication with each others” ii) Diversity, colleagues are of multi-cultural background “Many colleagues are fresh graduates and less experience. Senior managers and office heads are not really from media and PR professionals, at least other journalists don’t know their name.” iii) Vibrant and harmonious work environment, youthful managers. Easy to communicate among colleagues regardless of positions “Managers always toady to bosses and ignore youth colleagues opinions” iv) Networking with reporters/journalists “Journalists actually not really happy that Telum sells their privacy data to PRs, so where is the networking with journalists!” v) Insight to PR industry in Asia-Pacific region “Actually many PRs complain Telum why the customer service so rule and worst. Telum promises to client that 2-minutes to respond client, but many cases can be held over 6 months and not give response to clients.” vi) Exclusive invites to events “Those events just from PR and only invites bosses only, employees can't get any networking via there. Also, some senior managers or office head go to those events themselves and don't let other colleagues to go.” vii) Above market remuneration package for fresh grads “Just higher little bit, but no increment after you enter Telum, no double pay, no bonus, no medical insurance, ALL NOTHING! In addition, every telum employee are data entry clerk, no bright career future if you want to change other job.” viii) Fixed working hours, no OT :) “It is not pros point because standard working hours is based on contract. It is common sense on fixed working hours. Only idiots will be OT for Telum Media” viiii) Nice rooftop staff lounge “It is not Pros point because they just rent office place” vv) Knowledge sharing among peers “Only PR share knowledge because Telum is the enemy of journalists”

Cons

i) Too much social functions ( birthday celebrations, new hires, farewells, milestones etc) “Initially it really had birthday celebrations, as well as other benefit. However, bosses and office heads said that those benefits will be cancelled soon.” ii) sudden visits by guest/client “It shows bosses are suck on schedule meeting.”

Pros

Colleagues is not bad. always together having fun. The working location is quite convenient. I can play game in office and bosses don't know.

Cons

The bosses are British idiots. They always think themselves as gentleman, but indeed they just are rogue. They have office in Hong Kong and seems doing some illegal business from news No bright career in this company as bosses just don't trust Singaporeans, as well as other Asian. Some colleagues will toady to bosses, especially in its AUS office and Hong Kong office. Very disgusting! Bosses always cheat employees or new joiners. They always tell them we are PRs, but actually we are data entry suckers.
