      They lure you in with high salaries

      Cons

      - CEO has a big ego and would not accept any feedback to the point that he’d rather fire employee who disagrees with his approach - They have fired most of the employees for weird reasons, why would you hire these people to begin with? … - Making quite irrational business decisions such as renting giant office space which is mostly empty - Pretty old startup and doesn’t seem to grow that much

      Pros

      The product/service is continuously improving, meets the needs of the customers, and outshines the competition. Leadership is engaged with all team members and listens to feedback/suggestions which improves the experience both internally and with the client base. Company culture is fun, professional and confident.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, we're growing fast so it will be exciting to have more team members join.
