Deceptive leadership, toxic work culture, dishonest core values, definitely not meeting their mission statement. Hire at will contract, low pay, poor benefits coverage, and management that will ignore requests for a letter of reference.
Teachers go above and beyond the call of duty with little to no pay for their extra hours.
Cons
Admin expects teachers to do anything/everything any time of day or night...school days and weekends. No consistency of policies being applied to curriculum, discipline, treatment of students, employees, or parents. A "select" elite group of parents influence Admin all the time.
