      Not a great place to stay long term...

      The design team was great little community.

      Cons

      - lack of career growth - lack of transparency from upper management - clear favoritism -turned a blind eye to sexual harassment -lack of investment in employees -lack of communication between departments -lots of empty promises and no follow through from upper management

      None really, super toxic environment

      Extremely unfair workplace. Lack of communication between all departments and when something gets missed they’ll all blame lower positions even if it was their own mistake

      Meet some cool people that work there

      Cons

      The place exists... They pay people 16-17 dollars , that's been there 15/16/17/18/19 years... Work you 10-12 hours regularly, sometimes 14... Start at 5 am, get out at 5:30/ 7:30 pm. They care about money, do not give a damn about workers.. They make millions while they do not pay the people that allow them to make those millions... Greedy bastards.
