Management understands the complex nature of engineering design and provides freedom to innovate. They provide the necessary resources to complete the task at hand and have created an environment that encourages personal and company growth. New management has improved the vision and operations dramatically from several years ago.
Cons
It is a smaller company for now, and there are inherent risks associated. But for someone that doesn't want to just be a cog in a huge business and wants to know everyone in the company from the engineers to the CEO, the benefits outweigh the risks.
