      45 minute lunch but no breaks from after lunch.

      Cons

      Schedule changes everyday language barriers, forced overtime, no breaks after lunch, low pay, and medical benefits suck

      It's a place where you can learn the glass industry fabrication to finish.

      The language barrier is a little extreme but we make it work.

      There are multiple supportive workers here we treat each other like family. We work hard together, we push each other and we grow as a group. It feels like family.

      Cons

      It could get stressful at times but it challenges you to do better.
