      location, building security, and parking

      Cons

      Disconnection between home office and other offices. The CEO and COO are clueless to what really is going on outside of the California office and focus more on revenue than employees. Too many employees considered to be "VP's" plus overpaying them and giving guaranteed bonuses while letting the employees actually gaining the business go.

      Don't expect to get anywhere if you're not part of the close group in managment. Hard work is not recognized
