      There was meaningful work with students, autonomy within the role, and a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      The workplace culture was negatively impacted by favoritism and perceived nepotism. Leadership practices contributed to low morale, and compensation was substantially below market rates for similar roles/organizations.

      Great faculty and staff who care about their students

      Cons

      Needs improvement with staff training and means of mass communication on both the employer and student levels. Expectations of being a college student have not been communicated well to students and lack accountability. Current Higher Ed CRM is outdated. Hardly any student organizations.
