      hiring process leaves something to be desired.

      Pros

      after the hiring process was completed, i enjoyed my working atmosphere. it really depends on which college, building, or department though.

      Cons

      advancement within the university was difficult. the human resources website is not great and feedback on application status took forever and left me waiting & wondering.
