      Fair Salary, good supporting cast, good training program for new team members. Growing and stable company.

      Cons

      Headship and Senior leadership do not award for hard work. Little chance for advancement. "No" work life Balance! Reacts to problems in stead of planning and being proactive. With Senior leadership, negative behavior is rewarded.
