Poor decisions by the senior leadership often leads to badly managed accounts with poor outcomes. Co-founders make confusing business decisions; e.g. continuing to sign on and prop up accounts that are not performing well and do not align with the strengths of the team.
The performance review process is confusing and unhelpful; HR claims there are not tied to promotion cycle, which is also extremely unclear. Company regularly uses PIPs as a management 'tool.'
Senior leadership also focuses heavily on superficial things such as appearance; I have experienced double standards for male vs female employees regarding what we can and can't wear.
Company also claims it is remote-friendly but has not taken any serious steps to fully integrate this idea. In fact, they actively push to bring employees back in the office (at least several times a week).
HR is not a trustworthy resource for its employees.
