Pros

A great place to work with a healthy mix of challenges and opportunities. The company fosters a culture of openness—every idea is welcomed and considered. There’s a strong emphasis on learning and professional growth, and the team is genuinely supportive, warm, and collaborative. It’s an environment where you can truly thrive.

Cons

One area for improvement could be the number of meetings so as not to impact deep work time.

Pros

Some employees are fine to work with.

Cons

- CEO is cheap with labor costs and will overwork every person in the company. - The company is not financially stable. - Super high turnover rate (6 people quit within 3 months). - No internal company structure. - Bait and switch job responsibilities once hired (you won't be doing what you interviewed for). - CEO will overpromise and underdeliver with clients. - CEO will throw you under the bus during client meetings, will be very condescending. - 6-7 hours of meetings per day and are expected to work overtime. - No healthcare benefits or any benefits for that matter. - Work life balance is nonexistent.
