Pros

Free snacks, Work from home benefits , overtime pay, Good pay rates, Great collegues to work who are highly motivated. Great office, smart US based Senior engineers who are really helpful, rapidly expanding.

Cons

It's never possible to go up the ladder unless your personally liked by the Managers who have an iron grip over everything. Clear signs of Nepotism. Acts god like and Enforces that they are always right when not. Multitude of people gossiping about people and action taken on this basis and having fake reasons to cover it up People fired with barely a reasonable reason in my experience Communication to higher management doesn't exist besides via the International manager. Not much in the way of training, Almost everything has to be self taught. New product features and use of functionality not disseminated to support teams. Management in charge of international teams dishonest. Use of inappropriate language during standup meetings.. Heartless/Cold management. Reviews done based on opinions of someone with less than sufficient tech knowledge. Can never defend one self. No signs of appreciation for work done.

Tenable APAC - A heartless company

Pros

Was once a great company to work for. Great work culture with a genuine commitment, encouragement and care for its employees.

Cons

Tenable APAC has become a 'revolving door' for sales staff due to the dictatorial style of management; • it lacks in vision and leadership • does not invest in its staff, zero career path • false promises to get you on board and then screws you over with bullish targets and the ability to earn commission, including lowering of commissions • lacks genuine care for its employees • one set of rules for managers and another for its staff • a company with a short-term outlook Not a great place to work – hence the very high turn over of staff. Do not risk your career and personal reputation

Great fast growing company, great culture

Pros

Culture, friendly, supportive, people willing to help each other improve and call out success. Like most startups that have just listed, still opportunities to help shape process & procedure. Best suits self-starter types, those that need more guidance can struggle. Some of the smartest and best colleagues I've worked with. Healthy levels of respect among peers.

Cons

Very few, while the company acknowledges and is working on this, they still struggle in terms of communication to international outposts.
